Easy and delicious! I found I needed to add a lot more whipping cream (maybe twice as much) to get it to be nice and light and fluffy. Maybe it has to do with the type of peanut butter? I used an organic butter. I also added a touch of vanilla. Now I'm wondering if a little drizzle of chocolate sauce would be nice with this...hmmm. Thanks for posting this one!
