It tastes just like Irish Oatmeal
- 3 teaspoons ground flax seeds
- 3 teaspoons textured vegetable protein, flakes (Textured Vegetable Protein)
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 (2 teaspoon) package Splenda sugar substitute
- Mix the flax meal and TVP together, add water and microwave for 1 to 1.5 minuts. Stir in the splenda, dust with cinnamon, add cinnamon and cream to taste.
