Such a simple recipe but yet SO GOOD. I sprinkled salt on both sides of the chicken, did 4 chicken breasts. Didn't really measure the seasoning I just kept sticking a 1/2 TBL scooper in the package and seasoned both sides of each chicken (so I'm not sure how much I used, probably more than called for but it was tasty!!) and I used about 1/2 a jar of salsa and I did bake it covered with foil so the chicken wouldn't dry out. I think I might add black beans like another user did and fiesta cheese makes this so yummy!!! We had spanish rice and re fried black beans. Thanks!!!

Very good! I made 3 breasts (cut each in half) and used about 6 oz of salsa total. FYI, the salsa does stay put during cooking (I thought it would all run off), so feel free to use a more expensive salsa that you love because you will be able to taste it! I too baked mine covered for 30 minutes on 375 and it was super juicy but a little tough. Perhaps next time I will try it at 350 for 30-40 minutes and see if that works better. Oh, and I marinated the chicken in a tequila lime marinade for a day too. Thanks for sharing, as we will certainly make these again.

Easy and tasty. I made my own sugar free taco seasoning and the boys kept asking for more. Thanks for sharing. Only difference I made was to buy thin sliced chicken breast, so it was only 30 minutes total.

I made this with homemade taco seasoning and Herdez green salsa and it turned out very good. Great even if you are not on low carb induction

I'm not a cook. For the most part I cook in order to avoid starving. This was my kind of recipe! It was easy, it was quick and it was delicious! I used chicken thighs rather than breasts and they came out perfect. The whole family enjoyed it. Thanks for a great recipe that even someone with little to no culinary experience can make and have it come out great.

Can I make this chicken tenderloins. I plan on making this very soon but I'm not sure if the baking temp. or the cooking time would be altered?

Easy and delicious, didn't alter anything (also didn't measure anything). Will make again next time I have a jar of salsa that needs to be eaten before it goes bad.

I thought that this recipe looked appetizing and it had high ratings. I was looking for something Lo carb to do with chicken, but I have to say that I took one bite and threw it away! I'm sorry that I spent so much money on organic chicken breasts just to have this meal trashed!!!!

Very easy and extremely tasty. I wrapped them in a foil parcel then undid and grated cheese on a cooked for last 10 minutes. I also served them with the Mexican jumping bean recipe provided. I used kidney beans in a chilli sauce and kept everything else the same. Served with a side salad it made a great low carb and very easy, tasty meal.
