This comes from Cooking Smart magazine. I am attempting to collect low carb recipes in one place so that I can downsize my magazine collection.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash lemon juice
- Mix together.
I made a quarter recipe as it was just for the two of us. I think that quarter could easily serve 4 people. I made the recipe as written a few hours before we ate it with our prime rib roast and was very, very happy with it.
Great base recipe! Just whipped some up and added some more spices, halfed the horseradish.. tossed in some garlic and onion powder. S & P, dried parsley along with hot sauce and a couple more good sized glugs of Lea & Perrin's. Was out of Dijon! Used spicy brown instead.. Should be wonderful with my Ribeye! Thanks for posting!
