Frustrated by the sugary eggnog sold around the holidays? This is a low carb version - but NOT low calorie.


  1. Mix everything except for nutmeg together. If the water wasn't cold, chill until cold. You can also substitute a couple of icecubes for some of the cold water. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Spike with rum if you want. Cheers!
