Low Carb Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie

ingredients
- 14.79 ml coconut oil, melted
- 29.57 ml ground flax seeds
- 29.57 ml almond flour
- 0.61 ml vanilla
- 29.58 ml Splenda granular (or more to taste)
- 0.25 ml salt
- 1 egg
- 29.58 ml dark chocolate chips
directions
- Put first seven ingredients in a mug and stir with a fork until smooth. Pour into a four inch ramekin or leave in the mug. Drop chocolate chips and fold into mug. If using ramekin, distribute chips evenly over top and slightly press into cookie. Microwave for one minute, enjoy with a cup of unsweetened almond milk -- Yummy!
