Oh my goodness! How delicious! I was on low carb for about 6 months and lost over 60 pounds. What delicious meals we are allowed to eat! (And my cholestrol came down from 325 to 150) This is so good! I gave it five stars because I'd make it again tomorrow without hesitation! I can't wait to try chicken instead of pork chops. They would have to be just as good. I did increase the cream to 3/4 cup, and I doubled the bourbon. Yum, yum!Easy dish to make, and served it with just a simple salad.
Great-tasting sauce! always love finding something different that works with a low-carb diet, though I can't help but think that this would be great over a bed of egg noodles or pierogies... I didn't have cream, just added a couple tablespoons of half n half. Thank you

Very quick and easy to make. I left out the mushrooms (personal preference) and the minced parsley. I really liked the taste of the bourbon mustard sauce. The pork chops turned out moist, tender and tasted delicious. This recipe will be used on a regular basis. Thanks for sharing, Sally Lyn.
My husband made this for dinner tonight and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He does not like mushrooms so he substituted onions which I enjoyed. I did not notice the bourbon in the taste actually-- just a fabulous melding of flavors :)
Loved it. I added a little more cream and let it cook down at the end to make a thicker sauce which was divine. My husband loved it too and ate all of it :) Thanks for sharing.
