Made it with lime jello and it was fabulous! Very, very easy to make and so low in carbs. Perfect for my low-carb lifestyle. I look forward to making other flavors in the future. UPDATE: For my second attempt, I used strawberry and switched the directions a bit. I added the cream cheese after the jello and then whipped the cream and folded it in. It came out much fluffier this time.

  1. Dissolve JELL-O into boiling water.
  2. Stir in whipping cream.
  3. Add cream cheese, mix until blended.
  4. Chill 1 to 2 hrs before serving.
