      cook chicken, put into a casserole dish. then mix mayo, parmesan cheese, garlic powder,black pepper,broth & cream together. Add swiss cheese & ham. pour over chicken. Mix the topping ingredients together, pour over chicken mix & bake on 350 for 45 min!
