You can use any variety of veggies and of course any leftover white meat. Broccoli is crunch this way, if softer broccoli is desired blanch before adding.

  1. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking oil spray and preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter in skillet, add onions cooking until softened.
  3. Put broccoli, zucchini, turkey and 1/2 cheese in prepared pan.
  4. Add Broth and cream cheese to skillet cooking until combined and thickened.
  5. Pour sauce over mixture in 9x13 pan. Stir until well incorporated.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes and bubbly.
