This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, flavor
- pie crust (optional)
- fresh fruit (optional)
- no sugar added pie filling, opt (cherry recommended)
- Mix all ingredients (in mixer) and smooth into optional crust.
- Top with fresh fruit or pie filling then pop in the fridge overnight.
