Adding a little bit of garlic powder to the dough will give you a Red Lobster-like biscuit. If you don't feel like rolling them out, these can also be drop biscuits.

I was worried about the taste of the soy flour coming through, as another reviewer mentioned. I added just under a teaspoon of garlic powder, a couple teaspoons of chili flakes, and topped the biscuits with extra shredded cheese before baking. I formed the dough into ~10 small balls and flattened them. The dough was very sticky and I was concerned it would stick to the parchment paper, but that wasn't a problem. I found 12-13 minutes in the oven was perfect. I didn't notice a soy flour taste and quite enjoyed them!
