A sweet balsamic vinaigrette using Splenda in place of sugar. I modified a friend's recipe to meet my dietary restrictions and it is now my favorite dressing. Make a salad with romaine and top with toasted pine nuts and crumbled goat cheese.

Directions

  1. Blend together. Chill.
  2. Let sit overnight.
