First off i doubled the ingrediants as i wanted to make a bigger loaf and it came out very sticky and not like dough at all, but none the less i poured it in to a bread tin and it came out perfect! i just changed the vanilla to cinnamin which i prefer! i also glazed some banana slices with melted sugar and put them on top! tast delicious and healthy! id advise anyone to give this a go, when you've mixed all the ingrediants in a mixing bowl don't be put off by how sticky it is, it still comes out fine! thanks for this recipe! will make again :)

This was my first try at a recipe made with Splenda. Loved it! Super easy, had all ingredients, and tasted great! Followed advice of previous reviewer and doubled the recipe. Baked 30 minutes. Perfect!
