Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 ounces nonfat strawberry-banana yogurt
  • 3 ounces skim milk
  • 14 cup crushed ice
  • 12 banana

Directions

  1. blend all ingredients together until smooth and frothy!

Something so easy, yet so very delicious.

Very yummy and easy smoothie. I didn't bother to crush the ice, I just tossed in a few ice cubes. This uses ingredients I always have on hand, so it's a definite keeper for me.
