      Mix egg whites- tomatoes- green peppers- mushrooms.

      In a lightly oiled frying pan cook mixture for 5-7 minutes (or until eggs are done)

      Put on separate plate and top with Ms Dash, Salt, Salsa and sprinkle cheese all over.
