I got the idea from molly53, i tried to cut a few cals.
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 teaspoon maple flavoring (Mapleine or other maple flavored extract) or 1⁄4 teaspoon honey
- other flavoring
- fruit juice (optional)
- water (optional)
- place in a jar and shake
- i store it in a cool place like the pantry, no need to put it in the fridge.
