I got the idea from molly53, i tried to cut a few cals.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 14 teaspoon maple flavoring (Mapleine or other maple flavored extract) or 14 teaspoon honey
  • other flavoring
  • fruit juice (optional)
  • water (optional)


  1. place in a jar and shake
  2. i store it in a cool place like the pantry, no need to put it in the fridge.
