- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat Italian salad dressing
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, more to taste,minced
- Mix em up.
This is a perfect dressing to drizzle over a crisp mixed green salad. I used both fresh and roasted garlic in it and it was a definite step up from strictly a bottled dressing. No need to mention it's low calorie...no one would guess. Thanks Miller
Good low cal dressing although I believe I would reduce the amount of Italian dressing to 1/4 cup next time.
