Low calorie sandwich for breakfast-helps start the day off right
- 1⁄4 cup egg white
- 1 slice turkey bacon (Butterball Everday)
- 1 slice fat-free American cheese (Borden)
- 2 slices natures own whole wheat bread (40 cal or slice)
- Tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce
- cook egg white in non stick pan with cooking spray.
- microwave bacon for 60 seconds.
- toast bread in toaster.
- assemble as a sandwich- good for make ahead (night before)- to warm in m-wave for 25 seconds at full power.
