Low calorie sandwich for breakfast-helps start the day off right

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup egg white
  • 1 slice turkey bacon (Butterball Everday)
  • 1 slice fat-free American cheese (Borden)
  • 2 slices natures own whole wheat bread (40 cal or slice)
  • Tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce

Directions

  1. cook egg white in non stick pan with cooking spray.
  2. microwave bacon for 60 seconds.
  3. toast bread in toaster.
  4. assemble as a sandwich- good for make ahead (night before)- to warm in m-wave for 25 seconds at full power.
