  • 14 cup egg white
  • 1 slice turkey bacon (Butterball Everday)
  • 1 slice fat-free American cheese (Borden)
  • 2 slices natures own whole wheat bread (40 cal or slice)
  • Tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce

directions

  • cook egg white in non stick pan with cooking spray.
  • microwave bacon for 60 seconds.
  • toast bread in toaster.
  • assemble as a sandwich- good for make ahead (night before)- to warm in m-wave for 25 seconds at full power.
