"Lovely" truly is the best way to describe this dish. I'm a real liver lover, and very particular in how it's cooked. I only used about 1/4 cup of the sauce, but for me, that was perfect. This was fantastic. My husband doesn't like liver and yet he loved this dish. Very easy to make.

This is one of those recipes I wish I could award 10 stars! My DH declared this the best beef liver he has ever eaten. This puts a totally new spin on liver and tastes wonderful. If you eat beef liver this should be on your must try list. Thank you Bergy for a WONDERFUL recipe!!!!
