- 4 -6 cups Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 1 cup bacon bits (cooked)
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1. Cook 4 eggs (scrambled) and set aside.
- 2. In a 10 inch skillet, add butter, simply potatoes diced potatoes with onions and cook on medium heat.
- 4. Add bacon bits and season to taste, garnish with cheese (optional) and serve.
