Exquisite! Even if your fresh green beans have turned and you have to use canned ones. I used the spices from Creole Seasoning and some apple hardwood smoked bacon. It was in chunks of meat versus stripes, with less fat, so I just added some extra oil. After the onions were softened, I simmered the beans for about 10 min to heat them and to make sure the bacon was done. Really outstanding. ZWT9people found this review Helpful. I always like green beans with bacon, but the addition of the other spices, brings this up a notch. Spicy and yummy. Made for ZWT9people found this review Helpful.
