      Very tasty! I used crushed tomatoes as that was what I bought by mistake. And I doubled the sauce as my DH loves a lot of sauce. Next time I make it, I'm going to add a little wine. I also served it with mashed potatoes. True comfort food! Made for Spring 2012 PAC.

      Very yummy. What could be bad? I used 6 chops but only 1 can of tomatoes (it was 30-something oz) 'cause I forgot to get 2 cans when I went shopping. It worked anyway. I also used fresh oregano along with the basil. We had enough gravy to toss with some angle hair pasta. I also served this with escarole that I stir fried in EVOO and garlic then splashed with lemon juice. Good stuff. DH loved the leftover for lunch today. Thanks for posting. I'll make this easy recipe again.

      Mmmm! I garnished the basil on the pork chops right before serving. Very easy to make!
