A very tasty crust - it would be good to marinade the lamb overnight as it was only the outside of the lamb that had the full benefit of the flavour baste. I had a 1.5 kg leg lamb & baked at 180c for 70 minutes for a juicy medium roast. 2nd of 3 recipes made for PAC 2010

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Whisk together all ingredients and spread over leg of lamb.
  2. Broil for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn over to 400.
  4. Roast until the meat is cooked to your liking.
  5. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and carve.
