Okay don't know what happened to my review I posted in early May but just noticed it did not take. Made for the AU/NZ Recipe Swap - Group Kangaroo Paws... what a great quick bread recipe. I loved the addition of the applesauce as it made it a nice moist bread. I did skip on the glaze as I'm trying not to use shortening (hence why there is not a picture since I did not follow the instructions completely). I think it is great without a glaze and my family enjoyed this thoroughly! Thanks for posting!
