A spicy and sweet pizza. Great for an appetizer or just a different tasting pizza. I make my own crust and make a large pizza so I double the sauce and toppings. I will write down a 12" pizza recipe though. This is great with some blue cheese dressing on the side to dip the crusts in or drizzle over the pizza.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Chop two onions and cook them in a skillet until they are brown and carmelized. At the last minute or so of cooking the onions, throw in the chopped garlic. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together chopped chicken, buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
  4. Spread sauce with chicken on pizza dough to within 1/2" of edge, put carmelized onion and garlic mixture on next, then green pepper and crumbled blue cheese.
  5. In 425 degree oven, If using a prebaked pizza crust bake 10 minutes or until toppings are bubbly. If using a homeade pizza dough this will probably take about 20 minutes or until crust is done.
