Directions

  1. Dissolve the yeast, water and flour together. Cover. Let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Stir in water, salt, oil and enough flour to make a dough.
  3. Turn out onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl. Cover. Place in a warm place for 2 hours.
  5. Punch down. Proceed with recipe.
