  1. Combine the chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, water, garlic and chilies. Let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, salt, sesame oil and ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Add chicken mix. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  6. To wok add sauce mix. Cook 1 minute.
  7. Return chicken. Heat through. Add peanuts.
