  1. Cover the sun-dried tomatoes with wine. Let stand 1 hour. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Saute 3 minutes.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and canned tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce. Simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Add the seasonings to taste.
  6. Serve over pasta topped with parmesan.
