- 4 (8 ounce) boneless pork ribs (trimmed)
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice concentrate (thawed)
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup rosemary (minced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- Combine all. Cover. Chill 24 hours, turning often.
- Heat oven 400.
- Place pork and marinade in a 9x9 baking dish.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until browned.
