      Break each loomi up with knife if needed.

      Take out innards & seeds to just leave shell which will be the part ground.
    3. 3
      Place in coffee grinder or spice mill and grind to a fine powder.

      Use as directed in recipes.

      Littlemafia's Supe Joh - Iranian Barley Soup is the only dish that I've used dried limes in. I still don't know what other dishes to use it in,but waiting for the Middle Eastern leg of the ZWT6 to find some more recipes. It smells and tastes good. Thanks for sharing this.
