    Rita~'s Note:

How true this is we'll have to try and find out!!! Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. It is said to keep the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. This is also said to reduce your cholesterol. Weight loss! Drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

I love this! I've made it often for a while. It's a good way to have honey often to help with my allergies. I don't know if it does everything it promises, but I'll keep on taking it and we'll see :D Thank you Rita!

Tastes good. Didn't need to simmer much but I may have added extra cinnamon. I just shook it in. I stirred my raw honey in after or doesn't it defeat the purpose of using raw?
