  • Bring to a boil all the ingredients then simmer to make tea stove top. Do NOT microwave!
  • Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day.

  3. If drinking this regularly, make sure you are using CEYLON Cinnamon, and Not Cassia Cinnamon! Cassia cinnamon is what is normally sold in stores, and can be harmful to your liver if taken regularly and long term. It is not harmful in small infrequent quantities. The health benefits most attribute to cinnamon are gained from the Ceylon variety of cinnamon.
     
  4. Tastes good. Didn't need to simmer much but I may have added extra cinnamon. I just shook it in. I stirred my raw honey in after or doesn't it defeat the purpose of using raw?
