How true this is we'll have to try and find out!!! Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. It is said to keep the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. This is also said to reduce your cholesterol. Weight loss! Drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person.   1. Bring to a boil all the ingredients then simmer to make tea stove top. Do NOT microwave!
  2. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day.

I love this! I've made it often for a while. It's a good way to have honey often to help with my allergies. I don't know if it does everything it promises, but I'll keep on taking it and we'll see :D Thank you Rita!

If drinking this regularly, make sure you are using CEYLON Cinnamon, and Not Cassia Cinnamon! Cassia cinnamon is what is normally sold in stores, and can be harmful to your liver if taken regularly and long term. It is not harmful in small infrequent quantities. The health benefits most attribute to cinnamon are gained from the Ceylon variety of cinnamon.
