My Crock Pot is large and state of the art; however the rice I made using this recipe turned out to be extremely mushy. The amount of water given is way too much, and the rice was still hard at the end of the 3 hours (the high end of the cooking time). Unfortunately, I cannot give suggestions since this is the first time I've ever cooked rice other than stove-top. It was a waste of time and ingredients. Sorry my review isn't positive but I really do not want this to happen to someone else. Thankyou!
