I didn't know how these would go over so I only made half a batch. What a waste of time. I've had to make them twice since. WE LOVE THEM! Only thing I do differently is I triple the cayenne and add some crushed red pepper flakes. Perfect with chili or anything else you eat a cracker with. we wont eat a plain cracker ever again. Thanks TxBluebonnet. We love em.

Thank you, thank you, TxBluebonnet. I had these at the Texas State Fair this year, but didn't buy them because we were in a hurry. I was hoping I'd find the recipe on 'zaar, and sure enough, here they are. I didn't measure anything except the vegetable oil. I used red pepper flakes as well as the cayenne, and they're PERFECT!!

Wow! We really loved these. The fat content really was not a problem for us, as we cut down to 2 servings and it was perfect. I love spicy anything, and this is not exception. Easy to put together and absolutely perfect to devour. I added extra spice to mine, because I love spice, but it was not to hot for anyone to to eat. We loved it and dipped in a bit of cream cheese with chives and it was wonderful. Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe, TxBlueBonnett! Made for *PAC* Spring 2008.

My school teacher daughter gave me the recipe from her school......
only difference was 2tsp red crushed pepper flakes instead of the cayenne pepper. We loved it, however we are mindful of the "fat"content

My mom introduced these to me, but I never wrote down the recipe! I made it with homemade ranch mix (3T) and still good!
OH, and I used my plastic cake cover like a hopper and kept my hands clean...until tasting!

Very good. Everyone loved it. Didn't make it too spicy. May have been better spicier.
