"A cool, refreshing warm-weather cocktail."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 ounces beefeater gin
• 1 1⁄2 ounces hiram walker triple sec
• 2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup

directions

1. Fill a shaker with ice and add ingredients.
2. Shake vigorously for one minute.
3. Pour into an iced Colllins glass.
4. Garnish with mint leavs and a straw.
