Very good marinade. None of the flavors stood out- that can be bad or good depending on your preference. Followed the recipe to a T- went as far as measuring out all the ingredients instead of just eyeballing it. I will make this again but I think I like the marinades with a more asian flair that are listed here for London Broil. Now that is just a preference thing*Ü*. This one tasted more like steak then I am used to London Broil tasting like! Hope that helps someone!!
I keep returning to this marinade and have shared it with several friends who were so impressed by the flavor. I usually mix it up in the late morning instead of the night before and it has been just fine flavor-wise. In the summer, I use fresh thyme, oregano, and thyme (chopped) for even more flavor. Also, I use fresh squeezed lemon juice. It's a keeper!
I love this marinade. It is so easy all the ingredients are basic ones that you have at home. The presentation is beautiful and the flavor is delicious
This is my go-to marinade. I use it all the time, for everything from London Broil to kabobs! Would never change a thing - it tastes great. I am not usually afforded the time of letting it marinade overnight or for 8-12 hours. I have marinaded meat using this recipe with as little as one hour time and it still imparts GREAT flavor. Definitely a keeper!
I love the flavor this marinade imparts. The only flavor that stood out a bit for me was the mustard but it was not overpowering. I didn't plan ahead and only marinated for 4 hours. It was plenty of time. I will be using this marinade for other cuts of meat. It's a keeper. Thanks for posting this recipe AnneM.
Perfect London Broil for my taste. Very easy to put together. I think I tweaked it a bit but I like it so much I will use it for marinating other beef cuts as well for sure. Hubby gave it a big thumbs up too!
