This recipe is slightly lacking, but the previous review says it all. The dish is very traditional and easy to make, except that one would normally add french/steak fries and additional parsley and cilantro to taste.

Thanks for this recipe. My husband is from Peru, so I wanted to make this dish for him. I added 1tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 teaspoon parsley to the mix. I also used a red onion and steak fries. It turned out delcious!
