Lomi Salmon

- 1 lb salted salmon
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 round onion, chopped
- 3 ice cubes, cracked
directions
- Soak salted salmon in cold water for 1 hour.
- If salmon is very salty, repeat process.
- Remove skin and bones and shred salmon with fingers.
- Place in a bowl and add tomatoes and onions.
- Chill; add crushed ice just before serving.
