  • Soak salted salmon in cold water for 1 hour.
  • If salmon is very salty, repeat process.
  • Remove skin and bones and shred salmon with fingers.
  • Place in a bowl and add tomatoes and onions.
  • Chill; add crushed ice just before serving.
