This is a popular recipe used in hawaii that I grew up on. It really compliments roast pork,or as we call it kalua pig. The best thing is that it doesn't have to be cooked.
- 1⁄4 filet salted salmon
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1⁄4 onion, diced ("or" red onion if you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (rock salt will work also)
- 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
