My Jewish mother-in-law's recipe for noodle pudding. Delicious. I also add 1/2 cup raisins for a sweet touch.

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a large bowl thoroughly mix noodles with the next 9 ingredients.
  3. Press into a buttered pudding dish. Dot with butter and bake in a 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until brown.

Now this is what I call creamy! I love it! I had some extra raisins from Shavuot and used them. It made for a nice touch.
