Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

Great appetizer, quite easy to fix.
Directions:

Clean and dry mushrooms, remove stems.

Mix all ingredients together and stuff mushrooms.

Place small pieces of sharp cheddar cheese on top of each mushroom.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, uncovered.

I made these for my BF and I for Valentine's Day. They were awesome appetizers before our special dinner! Instead of Cheddar cheese on top I used Mozzarella and Fontina cheese. Mike and I loved these and he thought they were the ultimate in appetizers! If you want to WOW your guests make these and show off your talents! Cassie

WOW! DH and I had these for our Valentine's dinner and they were better than Red Lobster's! There was quite a bit of stuffing leftover, so we put it into soufle cups, topped it with cheese and baked it along with the mushrooms. It made a great side dish :)
