Your recipe is AWESOME! I am on Hospice Home Care for terminal Esophageal Cancer and my wife is on Dialysis 3 days a week. The one of us that feels up to it fixes the cooking for the next meal. LOL I made this Lobster salad exactly as you said to but, I added 3 Green Tail Onions only because my wife loves them. When she got home I dished out your recipe I finished just minutes before she got home.. She ABSOLUTELY ;LOVED IT! Thank You for making me her Hero and an absolutely awesome lunch. Mike

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, rice, eggs and bacon. Add in all the vegetables and apple. Mix in peas and corn. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Add to large bowl and mix well. Garnish with dill or parsley.
  2. This salad is delicious on its own, in a sandwich, or on crackers, left overs make a yummy casserole!
