Delish!!! This is my go to with scallops too! (Bet it would be great with any shellfish!)

I live in anchorage, Alaska, so getting Maine lobster is tricky and pricey. I did splurge, and bought a cooked lobster. I used this recipe, and man o man it was awesome! Easy, delicious, and a nice treat.

simple and delicious. i added fresh squeezed lemon and additional dipping butter. yum, yum, yum - this will be my staple whenever we splurge for lobster meat. thanks lynie!

Incredibly good. I made this for myself and my mother-in-law and we absolutely loved it. The half and half blends with the lobster broth and butter to made a sweet creamy sauce. I did not use garlic powder. Served it with lemon wedges. YUM!!!!!
