Make and share this Lobster Chowder recipe from Food.com.
- In deep saucepan, saute onion in butter til tender.
- Add potatoes and water.
- Cover and simmer 10 mins or til potatoes are almost tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Reheat, but do NOT boil.
I love this recipe, it is exactly the same way we always make our chowder. It is awesome and produces a great chowder. Made exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing.
Made this for Think Pink Cancer Awareness tag 2010. Delicious...I followed the recipe as written and served it with some french bread and a small green salad. Will be making this again. (DH did add some hot sauce to his...likes a little kick). Thank you.
