I am on the second batch for the Super Bowl party right now. This is enough nacho party food to feed half the county. But everyone is raving about it. I particularly like the lettuce, olives and chorizo additions, which were different than the normal versions one finds everywhere. Nice job!

These are great nachos. I followed ingredients per recipe except didn't add chicken or lettuce, or jalapeno. This made a great lunch for us. Made for Photo Tag.

I left out the chicken, but made the recipe the same other than that. We had while watching movies and everyone agrees this is an excellent recipe. They give it 2 thumbs up and I give it 5 stars. I did use shredded Mexican blend cheese in place of the Cheddar cheese, as we love it. This is another keeper Rita!

Wow! This is a bomb! Out of optional ingredients I chose chorizo and this was fantastic. Since I did not have refried beans, I made my own with a can of kidney beans, 1 onion, 1 pckg of taco seasoning and 1 tbs jalapeno juice from jar. I also did not have tomato sauce and used 1 can of tomatoes and 2 tbs tomato paste instead, omitting the taco sauce alltogether. I was trying to get as close as possible to the original recipe with all my substitutions. Apart from all that I followed the recipe closely and we really enjoyed these nachos! The salad on top of everything else was great addition, giving it all fresh crunchynes. Thank you for another treat, Rita L!
