- 2 (24 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 473.18 ml water
- 88.74 ml butter or 88.74 ml margarine
- 3 (425.24 g) box Hungry Jack cheddar and bacon potato mix
- 473.18 ml sour cream
- 118.29 ml chopped chives or 118.29 ml green onion
- 236.59 ml shredded sharp cheddar cheese
directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Spray a 13 x 9 inch Baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices and sauce mix in a 5-quart pot.
- Cook over medium heat, just until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream and chives or green onions.
- Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
