- 1 large carrot, cut in noodles
- 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced snow peas
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced mushroom
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup teriyaki sauce
- In bowl, combine vegetables. Toss with teriyaki sauce until well coated.
- Variation: Coconut Curry Lo Mein – instead of teriyaki sauce, toss the vegetable with ½ cup yellow coconut curry sauce.
