Liverwurst Dip

"A simple dip for the holiday seasons."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄2 lb liverwurst
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package green onion dip
• 1 tablespoon steak sauce
• 3 -4 drops hot pepper sauce
• rye crackers or miniature party rye rounds

directions

1. In medium bowl, combine liverwurst and sour cream, mashing liverwurst with a fork.
2. Stir in onion dip mix, steak sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
3. Serve with rye crackers or party rye bread.
4. Makes 2 cups.
